So the Cents come home from Prince George with a split. Although I didn’t get to see either game, the word from Cents PBP voice Alex Grebenyuk is that Merritt looked much better last night than Friday night.
What’s really encouraging to me is that of the seven goals the Cents scored through both games, they had 14 different players find the scoresheet. Merritt now looks forward to another long trip, this time to Trail, before returning for its home opener this coming Friday against the Smoke Eaters.
