I haven’t received confirmation from Cents Head Coach & GM Luke Pierce, but this article in the Richmond Review newspaper indicates that F Brayden Low (94), who played with the Centennials as an AP in Friday’s 2-0 win over Surrey has signed with the team full-time.
Here’s the line on Low:

Low signs with Merritt Centennials

The Richmond Sockeyes’ success has already cost them the services of at least one player to Junior A hockey this season, and more could follow suit.
Gritty forward Brayden Low has signed with the Merritt Centennials of the B.C. Hockey League and was in their lineup during a 2-0 win over the Surrey Eagles last weekend.
Richmond general manager Richard Petrowsky said Low played well in his Centennials’ debut, and the coaching staff was particularly impressed with his strength in the faceoff circle.
Recovering from an off-season knee injury, Low, 17, had one assist in five games with the Sockeyes who retain his Pacific International Junior Hockey League rights. He is also affiliated with the Portland Winter Hawks of the Western Hockey League.
