Nanaimo-Cowichan Valley Trade:

For the second time in just over a month, longtime division rivals in Nanaimo and Cowichan Valley have hooked up on a fairly significant trade.

The move sees the Clippers pick up 19-year-old goaltender Derek Dun from the Capitals for future considerations. Where the trade leaves the status of current Nanaimo goaltenders Jayson Argue and Jarrod Schamerhorn is unknown.
