West Kelowna – Flin Flon Trade:

With Tanner Burgart and Steve Myland on their roster and former BCHLer Cole Holowenko in training camp, the West Kelowna Warriors added yet another goaltender to the mix today with the acquisition of the CJHL rights to 19-year-old Andy Desautels from the MJHL’s Flin Flon Bombers for future considerations.
Desautels hasn’t played junior A hockey since the 2011-12 season, when he played 25 games in Flin Flon, finishing with a 3.64 goals-against-average and an .899 save percentage. He played 13 games with the WHL’s Prince Albert Raiders last season, garnering a 2-7-0-1 record with a 4.01 goals-against-average and an .873 save percentage.
There’s been no mention of the deal from either West Kelowna or Flin Flon, but it is listed on the BCHL webpage under “Transactions”.
